Barkz Supplies started in a small apartment with two laptops, one rescue dog named Rufus, and a stubborn belief that the pet aisle deserved better than rebranded gadgets and vague promises.
We're a tiny team — a software engineer and a designer — who got tired of buying smart pet products that felt anything but smart. Apps that crashed. Trackers that lied about battery life. Feeders built like 2003 alarm clocks. So we set out to build the gear we wished existed, one careful product at a time.
Everything we ship is something we'd put on Rufus first. If we wouldn't trust it on our own pup, it doesn't make the catalog.
